All of our homes pass an Electrical, Plumbing and Quality Control Inspection before leaving the lot.  We take pride in Re-Building used mobile homes.  Most of our homes get 1)New Carpet & Pad, 2) New linoleum, if needed,  3)Fresh Paint on ceiling and walls  and 4)Replacement of broken items like windows, doors, and vents.  We have a team of contractors that go through our houses to make sure they are as close to buying a new home as possible.  Often, if you choose a home before we have ordered carpet, linoleum and paint, you can choose the colors you would like to have in your home.

Many of our houses are in A+ condition, when they come in, and need no repairs. Often, after being inspected, these homes are sold at bargain basement prices.
