BID LIST OF FORECLOSED HOMES

This page is for our monthly list of Foreclosed Homes.  The list comes out on the 5th of the month.  All bids must be made in person, at our office, with a minimum $500 deposit.  Final bids are accepted no later than 5pm on the 14th of the month.

*There is a 10% commission added on top of all bids, with the MINIMUM COMMISSION BEING $1,500.*   For example, if your winning bid is $20,000 on a $60,000 home, you will owe $20,000 + a $2,000 commission.  If your winning bid is $5000 on a $15,000 home you will owe $5,000 + a $1,500 commission.

Houses on the bid list are sold as is, from the mortgae companies.  However, many houses are bought from this list for under $10,000 and need only to be moved to your site and have minor work completed on them.

We have no pictures of these homes, most are located in the field.  It is advised that you go inspect each house, where it is located before bidding.
