Plan Ahead
The first thing to do is decide is where will everyone sleep. Do you have a guest bedroom in your house? Or will the kids have to relocate to make room for the grandparents? Will you need sleeping bags for the kids or an air mattress for your cousin? You should think about all these things before your guests arrive.

If your kids are being moved around the house and using sleeping bags, try to make it into an adventure for them, especially if you have younger kids. Sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag can be a fun time for little kids, if you set it up as such.

Cleaning The House
Once you decide where everyone will be sleeping, it's very important to make sure that your house is clean. Wherever your guest will be sleeping, make sure they sheets are clean. The room should have a fresh smell to it. Candles or flowers can help with that. The bathroom your guests will be using needs to be clean and sanitary. Make sure the essentials are in the bedroom of your guests: extra pillows and blankets, tissue and an alarm clock are always useful.

Parking
Sometimes your manufacture home may not have a lot of space around it. If you are expecting several guests for the holidays, parking may be an issue. If you have multiple vehicles, consider parking some of them in another place for the holidays and keep only one essential vehicle close by. You can also ask you neighbors about using some of their space, but keep in mind that they may be having guests at their house as well. As stated above, the important thing is to plan ahead, so every car can be parked without blocking the street.

Takeaway
Christmas can be a stressful time and having guests in your manufactured home can add to that stress. Have a plan in place for where everyone will be sleeping in order to reduce the stress of the moment. Expect the unexpected and go with the flow. Your kids and guests will tend to follow your lead. If you are relaxed, hopefully they will be relaxed too.
